Biothinking (Edwin Datschefski) means looking at the world as an unique system and developing ecological processes towards a sustainable design.

Fibra´s sustainability indicators were inspired on Edwin´s concepts. Their goal is to help the understanding of the sustainable issues inside our projects and their life cycle.

All of Fibra´s projects have the icons showing the indicators and the most relevant aspects of each one of them. However they are not part of scientific studies, but their intention is to show the path Fibra chose to follow as a company.

The product uses energy in a sustainable way, during its production and use.
Safety

The product is non toxic during and after its use. It is produced without harming the environment.
Life Cycle

The product is made with materials and elements that in some way belong to a continuous life cycle.
Human and Social

The product chain contributes to a sustainable human development, either on the working conditions, the trades involved or the dissemination of the sustainability concepts.
